Here’s an general overview of allowed usage under the Commercial and Extended Commercial License:
Commercial License
- You can use the asset for:
- Up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale (prints, packaging, merch, templates, etc.)
- One business social media account owned and managed by the licensee
- Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets
- Digital advertisements with unlimited impressions
- Broadcast and streaming for up to 500,000 lifetime viewers
- You cannot use it for:
- Apps, web apps, or games
- Print-on-demand or “create on demand” services
Extended License
- You can use the asset for:
- Up to 250,000 physical or digital end products for sale
- Unlimited business social media accounts owned and managed by the licensee
- Unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets
- Digital advertisements with unlimited impressions
- Broadcast and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers
- One app, web app, or game (up to 250,000 downloads or sales)
- You cannot use it for:
- Print-on-demand or “create on demand” services
General Rules (apply to both licenses)
- You can edit, combine, and use the assets in your own creative work, but the value must come from your design, not just the original unaltered file.
- You cannot make the assets available in a way that others can extract or download them directly.
- You cannot resell, sub-license, share, or otherwise redistribute the original source files in any way.
- Any offensive, illegal, or defamatory use is not allowed.
Free License
All freebies published on our website are free for both personal and commercial projects. Credit is not required but highly appreciated.
